Immediately Indespensable!
I bought my Zoom H4n so that I could quickly and easily try out song ideas during the day when I'm not near my DAW. It is perfect for that. I was recording immediately, and it was easy to learn everything else about it online.
I look forward to recording live acts and natural sounds with it.

Useful for Small Projects
Good for applying today's water based finishes and glues. All fifty fit into a 2 lb coffee can.

Richer tone than lighter strings.
Good enough price. Hard to find in stores as they only carry baby weight .009s and .010s these days.
The added tension of 11-52 sets really gets the wood going for better tone.
