Everyones nails are different
Only been using this for a couple of weeks, twice a week as recommended. Goes on smoothly & dries quickly. My nails feel a tad stronger but it's early days and need another month or so to fully reply

Instant hair textute difference
Only been using for a week but can tell the difference already ( obviously not any length difference) but my hair has more bidy & feels thicker.
