  Lovely item, even nicer than described, extremely well packaged, friendly communication with the seller, and a good transaction. There was a slight problem with delivery (not the seller's fault) as ebay said it couldn't deliver it to my address and therefore wouldn't let me pay for it (!?), but the seller sorted the error out immediately and the glass arrived quickly. I would definitely buy from this seller again. Thank you!

  I would say this item was very well packaged but unfortunately, and due to no fault of the seller, it got cracked in transit. I contacted the seller and they immediately replied and refunded me. This is very kind as the issue was out of their control. Great seller and would use again.
