The bottles are all sticky. There is something on the bottles. I have tried to wash the outer parts of the bottles with soap/warm water, they are still sticky You put the cream on your hands and body they become sticky I don't know if these are Estée Lauder give aways from family and friends. But feeling sticky isn't what Im use too. I'm not sure if the bottles are all filled with the rosemary lotion now. I've used this lotion for years never felt sticky on me. It's a smooth and soft lotion
