Absolutely accurate!
I bought it for my son, who reads prolifically (as I do.) He has wanted this for some time, and is grateful to have it. Glad it's in English, as I forgot to check about that when ordering. It's in excellent shape.

The title is accurate, describing the contents perfectly.
I already liked the company that makes these workout videos. I’d never used a workout with this particular leader, but she is clear with her directions and models the moves well. The music is fun, and the workout challenges without being too difficult. The dvd has no scratches, as well as the case being undamaged.

Joico K-pak reconstruct conditioner
I used this product years ago, finding that it is a good deep conditioner for my hair when it seems dry. I like to use it about twice a week, leaving it in my hair for 10 minutes or so.
