It's a battery. Only got it 24 hours ago, so can't really give a review on quality and performance. Installed it like any other battery. Was a decent price though, especially with a discount code.

Oem replacement part (st150 fiesta 2.0)

Bought to replace the existing one that split on me when I caught it refitting the radiator fan housing. To be honest it is a pretty sh** design. I think it goes brittle over time too as the old pipe also split again when I was removing it to fit the new one. The only plus side is it is quick release (if you can get at the fitting and squeeze them enough to disconnect it). It reminds me of ford fuel line clips which are another of my least favourite thinks to disconnect and reconnect. At £33 it isn't particularly good value really as it is a bit of plastic tube with 2 of these quick release fittings on it. If I'd have been able to get some small enough diameter rubber hose I think I'd have replaced it with that instead. You can't warm the plastic pipe up and re-insert the fittings either as it just collapses and bends. Only plus about the purchase was rates ford dispatched it and DHL delivered it really quickly.
