Close but no cigars
There is way too much talking and explaining on this. When people buy or in this case was given a video on exercise of any kind, they want to go on and do it, not have it explained over and over again. I tried to just follow the steps from the class as the other was too boring.

Product should be taken off the market as it does not do what it says.
It did not erase the scratch marks. My CD still wouldn't work.

Make sure the remote is working properly before selling the product.
The product worked well but for some reason, the remote failed to connect and I had a hard time trying to go from channel to channel. I will need a replacement remote as this one doesn't work properly
