  The replacement garment was sent and this was unmarked and fitted the description of new with tags. I was asked to return the original garment sent, but no postage label was offered. I did not feel that I should be paying for the postage and also felt that there was some pressure previously not to make a fuss. I am happy to give this transaction a positive response, but would not use this vendor again.

  What a lovely seller!! I’ve not done a pre-order before on eBay so I was naturally a little nervous, but I didn’t need to be, I was kept up to date with my parcels whereabouts, delivery, it was packaged safely and arrived in mint condition, with a little extra goody in it, which was a lovely touch. I’d recommend this seller wholeheartedly. A+++++
