Then claimed they contacted Victron direct. Victron does not do direct customer interface, and definitely not on Sunday. The buyer described a smell from the item, which would only occur when the item is operating. The item hasn't been plugged in for almost a year. It was operating perfectly when un-installed. There should not be an "electrical" odor on an item that hasn't been plugged in yet.

Little nicer than the generic
I go through a bag or two a month. I have purchased a generic version also but have found the fitment and materials are superior in the genuine eureka! bags. The 10 packs that I use are a better savings.

Works great in a very dry environments
Had 2 of these fail after slight exposures to moisture. They cannot be used outside in humid climates. Not built to be used outside. Works great on the bench inside the garage.

Super easy to set up for such a good solution.
Super easy to set up and immediately solved the problem of a poor wifi signal in the far back room. I use it for my iPad, iPhone, Xbox, Mac Mini, HP wireless printer, AppleTV, and Amazon Firestick. No more slow downs or buffering on Netflix, Youtube, or Amazon Prime Video.
The set up was so easy I had all these devices connected to it in less than 15 minutes and running at much improved speeds. Great Value as well for such a simple easy solution.
