The ultimate DX travel lens for Nikon.
This is a far better solution for a travel lens than those Kit-lenses that come with the Nikon bodies (with the possible exception of Nikkor 18-140 which I have not used). The build is solid and with the objective stabilizer the 125mm reach is fine even in low light. Even the corner sharpness is good enough for the bodies that I am using (D5000 and D300s). Having used several consumer grade zoom lenses in the 18-200 range, this is my clear favourite.

Ich bin zufrieden
Dieses Modelle ist klar besser als die neuere Modelle! Ich bin zufrieden dass es war noch möglich ein verkaufen.

An exellent "always with you" tripod!
Excellent travel companion when you just want to have something with you "in case". Is constantly in my shoulder bag along with a small body and a wide-angle lens. I changed the ball head for a sturdier DS-200 though.
