Really not much good at all
These don't cut out much noise at all - in fact most other ear plugs I've tried, other than the waxed ones, which I don't want use in a workshop environment are any good. I'll keep with proper ear defenders.

Not nicely finished and not accurate
Rather disappointed with this item. Has a feel of real mass production without being finished off. Along its whole length it is not accurate - it was 1/2 mm out after the central hinge so I had to file down the brass - then it didn't end up straight. Might as well get a cheaper plastic version.

Excellent value for money
I bought this to replace a thermostatic bar-mixer that regularly caked up so you couldn't adjust the temperature. This is a much simpler solution and, so far, seems to work well. Seems excellent value for money, hence the 5-star rating.
