  I won an auction but he refused to send the package on the grounds that I had a suspicious address. He saw that I was from Romania, but I have been living in London for some time. So the delivery address was in the UK. He did not respond to emails, did not give any explanation. Very bad communication, made me waste my time. I contacted the ebay representative who agreed with me.
