Bushnell 750
I find retail is high for this light, but flashlights are expensive. This has a excellent main beam, that is at least 750lm. With my lux meter it rates higher then 1.1k. The red and blue work well, but each could use additional lm each. Overall, I think this is higher then 4 and closer to 5, or a 9 on a scale 1 to 10.
