Well made, well thought out.

As advertised, sturdy, large enough for later children. However, the back part is high enough to obscure part of the rear window.

Great fun!

A classic which I have given to children for several years. It envisions a boy's newfound freedom from teeth brushing and vegetable eating, features adventure, buried treasure and loud burly manners-free pirate mateys kids love, but things are not really quite that easy, as he finds out. One caution - I always tell children that though Jeremy Jacob leaves the beach and his family without asking first, they should definitely NOT go off with strangers!

Excellent series, crisp images, poor sound

I was concerned that the video quality from such an old show would be fuzzy, but it is crisp and clear. However, the sound is too low and with the British accents, it's more difficult to hear. Morse is one of my favorite TV series, well acted and produced, with quite good production values. The interesting characters are given time in each episode to be developed a bit more, adding a layer to our knowledge of the somewhat dour Morse and a few of the reasons behind his attitude and outlook. There is hope for him, as we see when he is attracted to a woman, shows a little softness, loses some of his edge, even smiles occasionally. I am glad to have this boxed set of the complete series which I have wanted for some time.
