Bad casting
Poor casting. A chunk was missing out of the throat. DID NOT happen during shipping as the missing piece was not in the plastic bag containing the adapter. Overlooked at the manufacturer, intentional or accidental. Most likely an isolated incident, but only the manufacturer knows.

S&S EZ Install pushrods
Very good quality. No regrets purchasing them. Excellent instructions for beginner mechanics or people with limited mechanical experience. I would suggest purchasing the whole kit which includes pushrod tubes, unless you have a couple Harley shops close by...or used parts vendors.
