Firstly i hate how they put on the bottle "1000mg serving" it's very misleading. What's wrong with putting 500mg- because that's what is actually in the bottle... Moving on. So berberine. This is very good product. I take as a replacement for that awful drug metformin. I have PCOS and i take this in conjunction with inositol. I take berberine 2 does 2xdaily (2x500 morning and evening) same time. I do feel the difference. And it gives me a full sensation in the stomach. I have no pain or experience side effects. They are in capsules and easily swallowed. no bitter nor awful taste.

So, I have PCOS.

I been taking inositol at the maximum dosage which is 4000mg (2 at breakfast and 2 at dinner). The pills are huge but not hard to swallow in my opinion. I was hoping to have AF by now but nothing. One thing for sure thought, when i first started inositol i felt different as it relates to mood. It also makes me feel relaxed but not the lethargic feeling i would normally get from PCOS symptoms. I see changes in my skin. I am not sure if 2 weeks is too early to really rate the product if its good or not. So i will give another update 2 weeks time.
