Starts slow but you will laugh hard in the second half of the movie.

This movie starts off a little slow with the main character (a slightly overweight taekwondo instructor) being someone who is not likable with a HUGE ego. In fact, he is someone most of us have all run into at one point in our lives - and probably tried to walk the other way if we ever saw him coming again. He ends up reaping what he sows, misery from blinded arrogance; and I started to feel for him (while still laughing and judging). His supporting characters - his students - are very likable and very real as well. The kids in the movie are head and shoulders above the adults when it comes to maturity and overall likability. In the end, the instructor makes a substantial step forward towards a certain kind of enlightenment after some major humorous drama - and you might just end up liking him a bit. Hopefully, like me, you will laugh alot more in the second half of the movie.

Fleas have built up an IMMUNITY!

We had been using Frontline products for at least 10 years. This was the first year (2013) that it did NOT work. After talking to our vet, we were told that fleas have built up an immunity to it! We are now experimenting with natural remedies like an apple cider vinegar / baking soda / salt combo.

Meaningful

Victoria shares her personal stories and her journey towards living a more meaningful and joyful life. I see some parallels with mindfulness for sure. It's a great book and one that people seeking meaning in their own life can use as a guide post on their own unique journey.
