Great Product
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich This device does exactly what I wanted it to do - import recorded programs from my Fios DVR into my computer. It also has a scheduler program but I found it's just easier to schedule the DVR to record what I want and then when I have time I capture the program to my computer. This original 1212 model does not have HDMI but I use component video connection and the quality is great. I also read several places that Verizon somehow blocks capture via HDMI.

Perfect replacement
The water/soap container on my old unit shattered when I accidentally dropped it. Wasn't sure if this new design would fit, but it did and it's design is far superior than old one - much more sturdy.
