it expands

looks bumpy and wrinkled at first but it puffs up. I think its good on its own, but i prefer to but a pillow/feather toppor on top of this for extra EXTRA cushion.

Get the warranty, just in case.

My own kettle I bought from these guys is still great after a year, so I decided to send one to my mom. I sent one to my mom and bought the warranty and it ended up leaking the very first time she put any amount of water in. She sent it back right away and since it had a warranty and was under the 90 days it was free shipping. They got back to me right away with a response so, fingers crossed the next one they send will be perfect like the one I bought a year ago. Thanks!
