  Learning experience and able to make the outcome resolve. Made error in the description of the item and was the wrong model. I do not have return item as option but eBay still has option of holding my funds and item. I don't agree with eBay policy far as a error that showed in picture what it was but description was wrong. I agree buyers should be protected but sellers should be protected. Happy customer was taken care of by partial refund. Ebay seller fees are ridiculous and hurts seller/buyer
