Great book with colorful illustrations!
I got this as part of my daughters 3rd grade music curriculum for homeschool. She is learning about Tchaikovsky this year and this is a perfect level reader for her to read along with everything else she is learning/listening to about Tchaikovsky. She read it the first day it arrived in the mail and really liked it. This book would be a great read even by itself (not as part of a curriculum), or around Christmas before going to see the actual ballet. One thing I could mention is the level 2 book is actually exactly the same as the level 3 reader. I had got the wrong one shipped so reordered and compared the 2...they were word for word.

Nice CD
I have no negative comments about this CD. I bought to go along with my daughters 3rd grade music curriculum (all about Tchaikovsky) and this is a very nice CD to listen to or as background music. Sometimes when we play it as background music, it gets so quiet that it seems like it went off so we have to turn it up a tad, then it gets loud again. I guess that is good for teaching dynamics. :) Anyway, it's just a nice CD and my daughter enjoyed recognizing the song from Disney's Sleeping Beauty. We even sing along to it sometimes. It's been enjoyable overall.

Nice CD
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I play the music for my kids as they go to bed often. It is very nice, uplifting, wholesome music. We use our Father's World homeschool curriculum so now we have "the theme song" to sing along with on our CD since my kids were suppose to learn it anyway. Overall, it is just a nice CD for listening to praise and worship and singing along to. Suitable for any age.
