Excellent Instrument but developed a problem

Beautiful instrument, great tone and easy to play. However, it has developed a "buzz" in the sound box on the C, E and A open strings (especially on the open C). It can even be heard when the C, C7, F, D7, and Amin chords are played. I would like to talk to Butler Music but don't have any way to contact them.
