Amazing tyres but super tight to fit
The Schwalbe marathon tyres fantastic reputation is well earned. They are grippy in all conditions and are much quicker to ride on than they look like they will be. I swapped a pair of 23c conti slicks for 25c marathons and the only difference I notice is more comfort and grip. I expected some lag but have noticed none. They really are a great tyre. They're a bit heavier but I've not really noticed it riding.
Only negative for me was that they were the tightest tyres I've ever tried to fit. After fitting tyres onto bikes since I was a kid this was the first time I ever had to google how the hell to fit a tyre on. I had broken 3 plastic tyre leavers at that point. My wheels are pretty skinny deep dish wheels and honestly, without following the tutorial I found from a bearded cycling expert, I'd still be sweating and swearing about this in my kitchen as I had a fight with the tyres. Rest assured though that if you follow a bearded cycle expert on youtube, or are indeed yourself a bearded cycle expert, then you'll have no problems fitting them. Once they're on the wheels they're a brilliant set of tyres.

Great tool good value
This has turned out to be a great little tool for the money. It's decent quality and does just what you'd expect. Happy to recommend. If you're planning to work on a lot of bikes it's probably worth getting the full set but for quick repairs to your own bike this is perfectly fine.

It's a clear plastic disc
I've no idea why I'm writing this review. Ebay kinda prompted me to I guess. This is a round plastic disc. It's slightly annoying to fit because you have to take the cassette off to do so but once it's on it will happily sit there making your bike wheel look slightly uglier than it did before but with the reassurance that if you ditch your chain off that it'll have a harder job getting caught up in the wheel and cause you to have a far worse accident than you are probably already having if the chain has be thrown off. Enjoy!
