Parker Gel ink refill
This is the classic G2 gel refill for Parker match pens. As a matter of fact they all came with no leaks is quite surprising. This refill is vulnerable to heat and pressure changes and even a simple cargo in a plane or a hot day can make it leak. If you are a fan of smooth fountain pen like writing with a ballpoint pen this is definitely one of the refills you want to use.

Best qualities come in small packages
In my opinion it's the best pocket notebook. Its size is ideal for my usage (as a nurse). It is a heavy paper which absorbs well fountain pens and gel based pens. It has a small pocket for all kinds of memorandums and the last its rubber fold which holds the whole shazam together.
