No more mood swings
When not on primrose and a good methylated b vitamin, I have horrible mood swings. This seems to be a very good quality! It does the trick!

Compatible with premade playground
The brackets are compatible with our premade playground (I think it was from Costco). My husband had to force it a little bit onto the playground’s swings area, but it did work.

Not a zombie anymore
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I recently bought a couple of poor-quality, methylated b vitamins that did little to nothing, leaving me a “zombie:” too tired to do anything and on the verge of migraines (I’m sure I have thyroid and /or mitochondrial issues). I have energy again on this methylated b complex and highly recommend it!
