  The book itself hasn't arrived, but the vender was more than helpful to give me access to some of the books for my daughter to use in her studies. They make sure that things are made up as much as possible and explain why the item hasn't arrived. They are very responsible and make sure to take action on to help you with studies and etc.

  I have contacted the seller several times. I ordered a paper text book and they sent me a CD. They gave false information on the description and told me I had to pay more more for the online access when it clearly shows in the title that it comes with online access. Completely a scam. Do not buy from this seller. I contacted them many times about a refund and still haven’t gotten one. The only reason he has any positive feedback is he is giving out money if you do it.

  -The item description details the format of the item is a CD and states the item contains courseware, lectures, videos, homework/test/quiz samplers, a testbank, and book.--I pay for shipping, but if a buyer becomes interested in viewing their materials online after the item is shipped, I charge a fee to recoup the shipping costs and pay for online storage. --Yes, I offer an incentive for buyers to leave feedback by offering a discount off their item. Great way to save $$$

  The purchase experience was great with this seller. The item was sent quickly. The books were unbound but are in good condition for used texts with writing in them, and the packaging was good to go. I 10/10 would shop with them again if I needed more materials.

  I sent the seller an email asking to confirm that this was a physical book, not just a CD immediately after purchasing, as the description clearly stated "book" in two places. The next thing I know, I received an automated eBay email stating that the seller cancelled my order due to "Buyer requested to cancel." So I sent an email to the seller asking why they cancelled the order - never got a reply... Refund was issued (so no complaint about that). I just wish the seller had responded.

  Hello. I had to cancel your order as you provided an address that did not match the one on the shipping label. Sellers can only ship to addresses that appear on the label provided after you check out. In this instance the shipping label provided Florida as the location; however, you wanted the item to ship to Texas.
