A great program
Rodney Yee is the yoga instructor to the stars for a reason. His programs are accessible to practitioners at all levels, they have a great balance of the physical and the spiritual, and best of all, routines are only 20 minutes long, so you can mix and match several of them depending on your mood, needs and available time. This particular program is great for someone who has 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the evening available for a little body-mind work. You can switch am/pm to get more variety, or, as always, mix and match any way you like. I am very happy with this yoga DVD.

Great barefoot trail shoe!
Very comfortable and grippy trail runners. Size up a half-size if you plan to wear thick socks, as it seems these are meant to be worn on bare feet. Nice toe box.

Best pen out there!
I have literally quit using any other pen besides this one. It writes perfectly, the point doesn't squash, the ink flows like it's thin but it is bold on the page, the barrel feels good in my hand, and I don't have to be fussy about the angle I hold it. I buy these by the box and bring a couple at a time to work with me, and I guard them like they are gold.
