Great scope for the price
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I purchased the Leopold VX-3i 4.5-14x40 to mount atop a comercial FN Mauser 98 action in 270win. The image is bright, crisp and clear through the full magnification range. While zeroing at 100yds, the 1/4MOA adjustments were right on the money. I've put close to 100 rounds through the tube of this hunting rifle so far and it has held zero perfectly. For the $$, this is a great scope and I'd recommend it to a friend.

Works great for bedding rifle actions
I've used the devcon plastic steel to bed several rifle actions over the years. The 2oz package is nice for just the recoil lug or get 4-5 packs to do the full action and the bottom metal. Do all the prep work and test fitting then mix the devcon and wait 15min or so for the bubbles to stop then apply. You'll have about another 45min of working time before it starts to set up. The results are amazing after it cures! Just don't forget the release agent or the action will be permanently attached to the stock.

Great punch set
Perfect for driving roll pins in. The push doesn't slip off and scratch your part. The roll up case is a nice touch.
