A transcendental, existential, scentual experience!
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich My mother wore Original ZEN cologne when I was a child, so I have a sentimental attachment to it. I am speaking only of the 1970's version in the black bottle; not the new version which smells very much like bug repellent (and like many other fragrances currently on the market). Original ZEN is reported to have rose and jasmine undertones. That is true, but there is more too it. It is a complex, earthy and ethereal woody scent unlike anything else on the market, past or present. Wearing it a full-body and sometimes spiritual experience. When I wear Chanel No. 5, people compliment me on my Chanel No. 5. When I wear Original ZEN, people compliment me (and sit closer) but they cannot pinpoint what it is. I rarely tell; after all, this stuff is rare. Not only would I prefer to have my favorite scent remain a mystery, I want to make sure there is plenty out there for future purchases! Caviat Emptor- be sure you buy the real thing from reputable sellers and ask, before purchase, if the bottle has been opened or the contents watered-down. At first, it goes on with a powdery scent and seems rather innocuous. As the minutes and hours go by, it blends with ones own unique chemistry to render a unique and exotic aroma. And, unlike mainstream perfumes which are featured on paper strips in magazines, it does not fill a room. It is subtle, as a personal scent should be. There is nothing like it and I love it. I must just leave it at that.

Third Time Purchase
I have used this product many times beginning with 20% strength. It is good quality and works as a gentle chemical peel for those prone to wrinkles and acne.
