  Deceiving photos of doll hid the fact the front and back of doll was a glue nightmare. Description of doll also made no mention of glue. I contacted seller about a partial refund since my daughter liked the head. No response. Customer service and I both tried 2 times over the course of a month to get resolution from seller. Seller never contacted either. Now I have to choose between a refund and disappointing my kid again, since the seller will not respond.

  The doll arrived with some kind of black powder or paint smeared in her hair that was not in the pictures. When I contacted the seller asking for a partial refund, they replied but didn't address my question. When I tried contacting them again I did not hear back. The doll is beautiful but i'm disappointed that I paid so much for something damaged.
