Right-sized cardigan nips in at the waist
Fab cardy. Nips in at the waist. Love the embroidery detail, long sleeves and deep cuff at the waist. Overall style is a poignant reminder of Ms. Winehouse and her great talent.

Versatile day/night palette
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich For once, a palette that gives larger sizes of light shades/highlight eyeshadows, and smaller sizes of the darker shadows. This palette makes sense because we use the lighter shades over a much larger area of the eyelid/brow bone, than we do dark shades on the outer corners of the crease/lid. I have so many palettes where I've used up all of the lighter shades and am left with dark shadows that are useless on their own.
Three simple looks can be achieved with this palette, and if you mix and match you can create more. Each light shade has a complementary crease shade and a wet/dry liner shade. The leaflet that comes with the palette is helpful.
Love the wet/dry liners; all colours work and blend together beautifully. I didn't notice that the shadows move or crease during the day, they seem to stay put but I do use UD setting spray all over when my makeup is done.
Love that I have a daytime look and can easily change to a more smoky nighttime vibe. Does not come with any applicators/brushes, but if you are into your makeup you'll use your own brushes anyway. Would definitely recommend this palette.

Soft, blendable neutrals
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Nice, every-day-neutral, palette. All colours are softly shaded, not very bold, but still have pigment. These are all soft neutral shades, so if you are looking for a pop of colour, this isn't the palette for you. Nice creamy consistency and they all feel very moisturizing/hydrating.
There is a handy illustration on the back of the palette for creating an ombre lip effect. Tried all three suggestions but can't say that the result was as 'poppy' as their illustration, it was more subtle than that and not really visible. It would help if the brush was double-ended, then you could use one end for paler colours and one end for darker; the shades tend to bleed together when you use the one brush for all colours/blending. But if you are going for bold you're not going to be using a neutral shaded palette anyway, so I'd say this palette performs very well as a neutral palette, which is what it was designed to do.
