Good for a laugh .........
This Complete Selection stands head and shoulders above any other comedy I have watched over the years. I am now over 70. I was concerned before ordering that it might not seem so funny now - in 2021 - but I was wrong. This Collection has stood the test of time and providing you are in the mood for a good laugh this is the Collection for you. Well done to all involved in the production.

Excellent product for the price, particulaely if you are short of floor space.

Exceptional
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich I was concerned that this book would be difficult to understand - but this is not the case.
It is extremely informative, it is written in language the lay person can understand and warns
of the pitfalls as well as the benefits of fasting.
Having studied the book I am now going forward to try 2 x 16 hour fasts per week.
Here we go ............
