Very Happy with this planner
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Very nice binder with lots of suggestions, checklists, etc. The label you see on the front peels off as does the one on the back and the spine. This planner is going to be very helpful for planning my wedding.

Amazing stuff
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich I had read online about the benefits of turmeric for help fighting inflammation. I have arthritis in my right knee and it is often stiff and painful when I get up in the morning, or sit too long on the couch, etc. I have been using this for about 2 1/2 weeks and I have noticed a big difference! I am able to get right out of bed in the morning without having to "warm up" my knees. I still have some pain when I get up from the couch, but NO where near as much as before.
I would give it about a week and a half to start giving you some results. Best of luck!
