Dirk Gently (UK) is a 'holistic detective agency' riot!
The Dirk Gently (UK) complete series is a brilliant take on the characters created by English writer Douglas Adams. Stephen Mangan is hilarious as Dirk Gently, who runs a "holistic detective agency." Gently believes in the interconnectedness of all things and that the universe will somehow solve all his cases. The universe might, but they won't pay his bills, pay his secretary or clean his office. Darren Boyd is sort of his investment business partner, MacDuff, and Gently drives him crazy with his interconnectedness method of solving cases. It is a great pity the series never went further than a few episodes, as it had great potential for many many many more comic adventures .... worth watching for the insane comedy ....

Brilliant Sculpture Edition Box of season 1
Great Sculpture and a brilliant first Season TV horror show - FX are amazing - the story is solid and it has 'original content' that is refreshing - it isn't the same old tired vampire formula - i like the grotesque nature of the Vampires. Actors are all very convincing and i hope the show gets 5 seasons ....
