Works every time! Taste great. Highly recommended ^_^

Took this and it doesn't make me feel super tired but it makes me feel relaxed enough to lay in bed and fall asleep. It doesn't make me feel drowsy or groggy in the morning which I love. The taste is actually yummy. Even if you put it directly into your mouth with no water.
