Anti-ankle-twisters!
I've got weak ankles, and have had many sprains in the past. I couldn't believe how stable these are - it would take serious effort to roll your foot in these stability shoes. Great cushioning as Hoka is known for as well.

Finis freestyle paddles
As a coach and swimmer, I see great value in using this paddle style specifically to improve freestyle hand position from entry through recovery. If the hand position is not correct, the swimmer will feel resistance as the keel of the paddle will shift. I highly recommend use of this paddle style.
