Great Product, Poor Packaging
The product itself is well known and very good. The problem is the packaging, for long distance shipping I would expect it to arrive complete, which it didn't. It was not packed at all, actually, other than a plastic bag so it was partially smashed and torn apart inside the plastic bag during the journey.
