Speedy delivery, well packaged. Unfortunately got box of wrong carpet tiles but seller phoned us to apologise and very quickly sent a new box and 1 box only had 17 carpet tiles and we quickly got new carpet tiles sent to complete my order. So this seller is very good at dealing with issues if any arise so obviously his customers matter and I will have no problem using this seller again and would definately recommend him. Communication and service is excellent. Thankyou for being genuine trader.
