Works perfect, best winch control for snow plowing.

I installed this on me 2019 Ranger 500. Fit perfectly. I have a brand x made in China winch. Very easy to adapt to. I highly recommend this if you plow snow with your Ranger, it makes it so much easier to control the winch/plow. I live in northern Wisconsin and plow a lot of snow! This control comes with a extra cable that has the connector needed to adapt to most any winch. Very simple to splice the connector on to the existing winch control cable. Only need to splice 2 wires.

Very nice

It takes some time to install, best to use 2 people. When done it looks very nice and protects the radiator behind it.
