  We paid for Parcel Force to collect the basket. The basket was not wrapped in anyway by the seller prior to postage. It arrived heavily damaged. It was also mouldy in a large patch on the bottom which the seller did not mention. The seller then tried to blame us for his failure to protect the parcel or mention the mould. He is refusing to refund our postage. He also has resorted to abusive messages now. He is not trustworthy and I would strongly advise anyone not to purchase from him
