  Stamp was as ordered. I am very happy with it. However, when delivering orders of this cost one should send said item by registered mail. The post office has been losing a great deal of packages sent by regular or priority mail. Other than that I would purchase from this vendor again at any time.

  Possibly one of the worst transactions ever on eBay. Seller didn't respond to my inquiries as to where the stamps were weeks after I ordered them. No tracking info. They finally arrived more than THREE WEEKS after I ordered them. Almost one hundred dollars worth of stamps were put between two pieces of carboard and stapled together and mailed. Zero glassine envelopes to protect them. When it arrived, part of the souvenir sheet was hanging out of the carboard. Incredible! Don't buy stamps!

  I purchased this item on 1/19/25 but never received the painting. I sent the seller multiple inquiries without a response. I then received an email from eBay saying the seller was canceling the purchase, but I have not received a refund. eBay says the issue is ‘’an issue with the refund’. As a result , I may have to file a fraud claim with my credit card company. I would never purchase anything from this seller again.
