  I'm giving you a positive even though I can't stand FedEx. You should try more reputable means of shipping. I like the product. FedEx had 3 packages to deliver yesterday to my house. I received 2 and my neighbor received the other. She was kind enough to bring it over. DON'T TRUST FEDEX!

  I purchased five 10' thistle pattern plates by USPS priority delivery. Clearly this seller does not understand how to ship ceramic items as the box was NOT placed inside a second, larger and cushioned box. Any find china, stoneware or ceramic should be individually wrapped, boxed and then the box put inside another box. Putting a "fragile-handle with care" sticker on the outside of just one box does not guarantee gentle handling. Three of my five plates were badly broken which is a shame.
