Sun Brand Curry's been my personal favorite for decades. Great curry powder.
Which curry powder one prefers is a matter of personal taste; I've tried them all, lived in India and Nepal for years, and the only one I have used for decades is Sun Brand because of the more complex flavors than some others with a single note, and the fact that it is not "harsh" or burning in the moth and nothing else.
I use it in place of salt as a sprinkle on seasoning on meat and vegetables, in my air-fryer, often with olive oil, before or after cooking, not to make traditional Indian curries. I am not sure how it works in the latter role.
The seller I bought it from is too high priced though. It is considerably cheaper in the 4 oz tins, even at my local convenience market. Wish I had noticed that they sell it before I ordered this big tim.

Most satisfying and useful thing I’ve ever Ed online.
I’m a serious amateur photographer, and have taken about 60,000 shots on my iPhone in the last three or so years, mostly street photos.
For street photography it hides that you are taking photos so people remain looking more natural, though they may occasionally conjecture that you might be taking video footage and alter their expressions and behavior as a result. For street photography it offers a significant improvement in one’s photos at low cost - a really excellent value for money. It also lets one react faster to good images that appear in the viewfinder and reduces blur from tapping the shutter button manually, which shakes the camera.
It can also help both selfies and with shots from low angles where you’re not looking at the viewfinder and taking a chance the shot will be interesting.
Works for single photos and bursts.
I wish I’d discovered this years ago. Apple really should include one as original equipment with the phone.
Probably the most artistically satisfying and useful product I’ve ever ordered from eBay, and cheap to boot. I’ve taken over 1000 photos with it since I got it a week and a half ago, and have almost stopped using the on screen manual shutter. This gadget is much better.
