Didn't work for my cat.
Doesn't seem to work very well to keep cats away from furniture.

Good bowl - but likely a second
Recently bought this bowl along with a set of 8 personal size bowls. I wanted a good stoneware set to avoid the dreaded chipping that happened to my last set in ceramic. This new set from Pfaltzgraff appears to be good quality, sturdy with an attractive pattern that matches my decor. My only complaint against the serving bowl is that it appears to not be quite perfectly round - the edge wobbles about a bit when looked at from the side. My guess is that it was a second and why it was sold at a discount. the flaw doesn't bother me, and I am shopping for bargains, but other shoppers should ask before buying if this is of concern to them.

Got the look that I wanted
I really wanted to bring some red and black buffalo plaid to a bedroom in our lake cabin, and I got it with this set. I like the quilted texture, and the scale of the plaid is just right. The only downside I can fault the set for is that the red backing fabric on the quilt and the shams is a little lightweight compared to the quilted front side, lowering the quality of the feel of the bedding.
