Fun and easy watercolor crystals
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Found a local artist workshop on how to use Brusho Watercolor Crystals. Decided to sign up to see how this medium works. Simple abstract works can be created by sprinkling the crystals on WC paper and lightly spraying with water. Can also be done by spraying first. To create more defined shapes, use a brush and water to paint shapes and then sprinkle the crystals. Creates an unique look not achievable by splattering. Can easily create and abstract piece. Very good starter kit with good selection of primary and secondary colors. Don’t start with the 8 color set which doesn’t provide enough primary colors.

Great color theory reference book
A very thorough exploration of color theory that is so vital to artists of any level using any type of medium. My favorite parts of the book is the illustrations of various triads of the 3 primary colors that will produce a specific harmonious result. Filled with various exercises to help you see and understand color dynamics.
