It's a Mr. Coffee, a great brand !
Why is it a 5 star product? It is simple & easy to use. It has a wide 3 1/4 inch mug base so any mug will fit. It's a Mr. Coffee product. How can you go wrong?

It works, but pricy!
Every time I pay a lot for a piece of plastic that I am forced to buy, I get angry. This is just an overpriced part buy I could find no others. There is nothing wrong with this item. It is a close match to my original one on the machine. Ordering the part was fine & it actually arrived early. It will last a long time. I hope I don't have to buy another.
