Missing battery
0 von 1 finden das hilfreich We have one of these and ordered another for my elderly dad. The first one came with an additional battery for the extra battery charger within the charging station. Since this was a new unit we expected the additional battery, but it was missing. Wonder why?

Useable, but inconvenient
Difficult to see in the picture but the connection was just a little different than what I needed even though it was the same model numbers. I have to tape the connection to the vacuum head because it doesn't 'snap' in. Otherwise, the electrical plug at the end of the hose had a tiny crack in the covering that needed repair with electrical tape. It's useable, but sort of inconvenient. I would recommend it if it was the proper fitting one to your vacuum
