A fantistic anniversary blu ray edition of Ben Hur in beautiful shape.
Fantastic edition! Like new! Came quickly and I am incredibly happy I purchased this. The blu ray image is amazing and also love the additions (including the silent version of the film made at the end of the 1920s with original color tints (and a terrific new score that is so much better than the irritating organ music that is usually played with the silent version) Other additions - particularly a 2005 documentary with some wonderful interviews that are terrific.

Disappointing Book
The content's compelling, but the author does something 2./3 rds into what was turning into a great book that seems done more for shock value than to advance the story. It's almost like show took something from a completely different book and added it to this one. Well written, well drawn characters, but it ended up being a disappointment.
The book came quickly and was in terrific shape.

Concise, well written, and fascinating to read and then put into practice.
