just the job

My knees are done for and surgeon recommended something like this as a good idea to strengthen the muscles in my leg and help the knees work better. Had it a month and the improvement is fantastic. May be able to postpone the operation to replace one or both for a few more months at least. One more skiing holiday at least with luck.

so far so good

It is easier to get a reading on a flag than was the case with the shotsaver one it replaces. I got used to that though but inside 2 years it got damp and stopped working. This one reckons to be a bit more waterproof or at least water resistant. Time will tell, hence so far so good.

New heater

Looks good, works fine. I can set it to a low temp and not need storage heaters on in case of frost when I’m away. And with a wemo switch I can turn it off and on again to heat the house when I’m going to be there as it reverts to a higher temp at that point
