Nevertheless, I negotiated with the Seller and we exchanged numerous private messages in good faith, yet he rates me a "0" for communication for all of my efforts. Like the old adage, "no good deed goes unpunished". Thankfully, I have been an EBay seller since 2003 and my reviews are excellent. Nevertheless, I am going to report the Buyer, just the same.

Works Better than Expected!
Product arrived earlier than expected and does exactly what I purchased it for. In my office, I have a bluray player hooked to both a flatscreen LED tv and a regular picture tube TV set with RCA-composite inputs. This device allows me to input an HDMI input signal into the converter and send a stable, AC-powered signal to the flatscreen TV via the HDMI input (@1080i) and to the regular TV set via the RCA inputs (@standard resolution) with no quality loss. Without the use of this converter, the unenhanced signals outputted and splitted from both the HDMI and the RCA outputs from a bluray/DVD player are substantially degraded with a very noticeable and annoying flicker. This product will eliminate all of that. Another plus is that its housing is made out of a study metal material and has some weight to it; so it doesn't slide around like the ones made of lightweight plastic when flipping the PAL/NTSC switch or when pressing the "zoom" button. A great buy. :)

This is a great blu-ray/dvd player!
It arrived on time and was well packed. And it was in great shape for a previously used item.
